What is the KBSA?
Colour House Interiors is proud to be a member of The Kitchen Bathroom Specialists Association (KBSA), the only UK body representing the Kitchen & Bathroom Industry. All UK members follow the Association’s Approved Code of Conduct as well as being subject to strict monitoring; this ensures our standards continually meet those of the Association with regard to quality of design, supply, installation, and customer service.
What does our KBSA accreditation mean for our customers?
To date, there are over 300 local independent kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom retailers with KBSA membership across the UK. TrustMark Accredited Retailers
All KBSA members follow an Approved Code of Conduct and are subject to strict monitoring to make sure you get the best professional service available. In addition, many KBSA members are approved to trade as TrustMark accredited retailers. Retailers who are TrustMark accredited will display the TrustMark logo on their retail profile page on this website. This is a government-backed programme that aims to assist consumers in finding reliable and trustworthy tradesmen, to carry out repairs and installations, and improve the kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and home offices in their homes.
